BENCH TOP VIBRATORY CLEANER

The TLV-75 is our low volume vibratory cleaner, perfect for smaller prestress operations with limited strand chuck turnover.  The heavy-duty 18” polymer bowl can handle up to 200 – .6” jaw assemblies.
The TLV-75 will also clean caps and bodies of smaller size strand chucks.  Run time will average around 2 to 3 hours.

We recommend using coarse (#12) crushed walnut shell for best results.  We supply walnut shell in 50 pound bags.
